FP&A Specialist

We are looking for an FP&A Specialist to join our Finance team at Azkivam. In this role, you’ll contribute to preparing reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis, helping our leadership make informed strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial and management reports.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, monitor budget variances, and provide actionable insights.
Assist in developing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with senior team members.
Support ad-hoc financial projects to drive operational efficiency and strategic goals.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial data clearly.
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A.
Graduated from top universities.
Demonstrated ability to deliver data-driven insights or improve financial processes.
