Our Product team is growing fast — and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager;
A visionary thinker, a strategic mind, and someone who’s passionate about building products that truly make a difference.

 What You'll Be Doing:

• Own end-to-end product outcomes within your domain, from problem identification through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Identify and frame product opportunities using customer insight, data, market context, and operational evidence.
• Define the problem, intended outcome, scope, constraints, and key assumptions before committing teams to execution.
• Evaluate alternative approaches and make clear trade-offs across customer value, business impact, complexity, speed, and risk.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to shape solutions that are valuable, feasible, and operationally sound.
• Define success metrics and evaluation criteria, then follow initiatives through launch, measurement, and the next decision.
• Create alignment across teams and senior stakeholders around product direction and priorities.
• Independently manage multiple domains or workstreams in parallel, prioritizing based on business impact.

What You Bring:

• Proven ownership mindset — able to independently drive initiatives from ambiguity to execution without waiting for direction.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, with a track record of working closely with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making; hands-on experience with SQL and ClickHouse (or similar analytical databases).
• Solid understanding of product metrics and the ability to define and track success criteria for initiatives.
• Strong bias toward action / comfortable with ambiguity
• Experience in E-commerce or Quick-commerce is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as eCRM and WebEngage is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or cross-domain role.
• Comfortable managing multiple domains or workstreams simultaneously.
