Responsibilities:

• Analyze key business and financial drivers such as revenue, costs, orders, AOV, customer behavior, and profitability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs, investigate key variances, and identify their underlying business drivers.
• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis by building and maintaining financial models.
• Evaluate business initiatives and decisions by quantifying their financial impact, profitability, and key trade-offs.
• Develop and analyze unit economics and profitability across products, customer segments, cities, channels, and other business dimensions.
• Conduct actual vs. plan / forecast analysis and translate key variances into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, and Commercial teams to understand financial implications and improve business performance.
• Translate complex financial and business data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance, profitability, and growth through data-driven analysis.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, Strategy, Consulting, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a financial mindset and the ability to connect financial data with operational and commercial drivers.
• Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, scenario analysis, and structuring complex datasets.
• Familiarity with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and unit economics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear business insights.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar data tools is a plus; experience in data-driven environments such as marketplaces, e-commerce, technology, or operations-heavy businesses is preferred.
