We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a sharp problem-solving mindset, a flair for creativity, and the confidence to initiate and lead design efforts. Responsibilities:

• Lead product design projects from ideation to implementation, driving innovation through original thinking and experimentation.
• Identify user needs and business opportunities through research, data analysis, and direct collaboration with stakeholders.
• Propose and prototype creative, scalable solutions for complex product challenges—always with the end user in mind.
• Deliver high-fidelity, visually polished interfaces that meet our brand and usability standards.
• Validate design decisions and continuously improve user experiences.
• Drive design innovation by exploring new tools, patterns, and approaches, and sharing knowledge with the broader team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products, with a track record of launching successful features or products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative thinking, high visual standards, and user-centered solutions across web or app platforms.
• Expertise in Figma and modern design tools; motion design and prototyping skills are a plus.
• Experience using data and user research to inform, validate, and iterate on designs.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Comfortable taking initiative in ambiguous situations, with a self-driven attitude and ownership mindset.
• A balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
