AI/ML Engineer

DPNA is looking for an AI/ML Engineer who combines strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience in modern AI development.
We are looking for someone who can work effectively with emerging AI technologies, build practical AI solutions, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software engineering workflows.

Top Priorities
AI-Assisted Coding / Vibe Coding
Strong hands-on experience using modern AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools is a key requirement.

English
Strong conversational English with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional and technical environment.

Education
A relevant university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

AI/ML
Practical experience in one or more of the following areas:
Machine Learning
Deep Learning
Large Language Models (LLMs)
Agentic AI

Nice to Have
Experience with one or more of the following is highly valued:
PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn
LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, fine-tuning
AI Agents / Agentic AI
Computer Vision or NLP
LangChain, LlamaIndex
APIs, Cloud technologies, MLOps, and production AI deployment
