Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer (Java/Python + React)

We are looking for two Mid-Level Full-Stack Developers who can work with a reasonable degree of independence on our live, production-grade products. The role combines backend development with frontend development using React. One of the two positions has a mobile focus (Flutter); if you have Flutter experience, please mention it clearly in your resume.

Candidates for this role are expected to analyze, implement, and deliver assigned tasks without constant supervision, and to actively participate in day-to-day technical decisions.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java or Python
Develop and improve web-based user interfaces with React
Design and implement REST APIs, and contribute to module-level architectural decisions
Work with PostgreSQL, including data modeling, query writing, and performance optimization
Debug issues and improve the stability of existing production systems
Contribute to mobile app development with Flutter (depending on skills and interest)
Perform code reviews and provide technical feedback to other team members
Document technical decisions, changes, and APIs
Collaborate effectively with other technical teams
Responsibly use AI-powered tools (such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Codex) to improve speed and quality in development, testing, and documentation

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional, full-time experience in software development (academic projects and scattered freelance work are not considered equivalent)
Proven, hands-on experience in backend development with Java or Python (equivalent experience with C# or Kotlin will also be considered)
Practical experience with React and solid working knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with practical (not just theoretical) adherence to SOLID and Clean Code principles
Strong SQL skills and the ability to independently design relational database schemas
Proficiency with Git and experience working on a shared repository with a team (branching, merging, pull requests, conflict resolution)
Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English independently, without needing translation
Experience working with task management tools (Jira, GitHub, Redmine, or similar) in a team setting
Ability to estimate task duration, prioritize work, and provide clear progress reports
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently, without constant reliance on direct guidance

Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart (a strong plus for the mobile-focused position)
Practical familiarity with Spring Boot or Django
Experience developing modules in Odoo
Familiarity with TypeScript
Experience with Docker and Linux (Ubuntu) environments
Background in native mobile development with Kotlin or Swift
Experience working with location-based data (GPS / GIS)
Experience publishing apps on Google Play or the App Store
