In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across multiple functions and seniority levels. What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient and data-driven hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
• Strengthen the employer brand through meaningful candidate interactions and recruitment initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions and seniority levels.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use recruitment metrics to improve performance.
• A collaborative, proactive, and ownership-oriented approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience hiring for Tech, Product, Operations, and Business roles.
• Experience in high-growth startups or technology companies.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
• Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience.
