We are looking for an experienced Front-End Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of large-scale financial and operational management products.

This role involves building complex, data-heavy enterprise applications with advanced tables, forms, dashboards, workflow-based processes, permission-aware interfaces, and reliable API integrations.

The ideal candidate is comfortable taking ownership of front-end features from requirement analysis through implementation and delivery, working closely with backend engineers and business stakeholders, and contributing to UI/UX decisions where needed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain modern enterprise applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Build complex data-heavy interfaces including dashboards, advanced tables, forms, filters, pagination, dynamic columns, and bulk actions.
• Develop workflow-based user experiences including approval/rejection flows and other state-dependent actions.
• Build reusable and maintainable components and contribute to the evolution of the internal design system.
• Integrate REST APIs using Redux Toolkit and RTK Query, with proper cache management, invalidation, refetching, loading, and error states.
• Implement complex forms with validation, conditional fields, file uploads, and asynchronous interactions.
• Develop Excel import/export workflows and interfaces for operational and financial data processing.
• Implement permission-aware interfaces and ensure actions and information are displayed according to user roles and access levels.
• Build and maintain RTL/Persian interfaces, including localization and Jalali date requirements.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product stakeholders, and business teams to understand complex financial and operational requirements.
• Make practical UI/UX decisions with a strong focus on usability, consistency, readability, and reducing friction in repetitive operational tasks.
• Identify and resolve front-end performance issues, production bugs, browser issues, and API integration problems.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering standards around TypeScript, linting, formatting, Git workflows, and maintainable architecture.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Codex and Claude Code responsibly to accelerate implementation, refactoring, testing, debugging, and documentation while maintaining ownership of code quality and technical decisions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience, preferably working on production-grade applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js (App Router), and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of React architecture and Client/Server Components in modern Next.js applications.
• Solid experience with Redux Toolkit and RTK Query, including API state management, caching, invalidation, and loading/error handling.
• Experience with Ant Design, particularly tables, forms, modals, filters, pagination, and customizable enterprise components.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript, responsive design, and browser fundamentals.
• Experience developing complex, data-heavy enterprise or back-office applications.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication flows, token handling, and permission-based interfaces.
• Good understanding of complex forms, validation, file uploads, FormData, and asynchronous application states.
• Experience with component-driven development and reusable UI architecture.
• Familiarity with Sass/SCSS Modules or similar styling approaches.
• Good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, including visual hierarchy, spacing, consistency, usability, and responsive behavior.
• Experience or familiarity with RTL interfaces, localization, and Persian/Jalali date handling.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into clear and reliable user experiences.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across browser, Next.js runtime/build, and API integration layers.
• Familiarity with code quality practices and tools such as ESLint, Prettier, TypeScript checks, code review, and Git workflows.
