We are looking for an experienced Frontend Team Lead to guide our frontend engineering team and help build high-quality, scalable, user-friendly web applications. This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, team mentorship, and close alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support frontend engineers in their technical and professional growth
• Translate business goals into practical technical plans and solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, designers, backend engineers, and QA to plan and deliver valuable features
• Define and maintain frontend architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices
• Remain actively involved in development and write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Conduct code reviews and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Ensure applications follow technical SEO best practices
• Improve Core Web Vitals, loading speed, runtime performance, and overall user experience
• Improve application accessibility, security, reliability, and browser compatibility
• Identify technical challenges, investigate root causes, and guide the team toward effective solutions
• Break down complex initiatives, estimate effort, manage dependencies, and identify technical risks
• Manage technical debt and contribute to the frontend technical roadmap
• Promote an Agile approach through iterative delivery, continuous feedback, adaptability, and ongoing improvement
• Support hiring, onboarding, knowledge sharing, and performance feedback
• Communicate delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders
• Encourage ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team

Required Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in frontend software development
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong experience with a modern frontend framework such as Vue, React, Angular, or a comparable technology
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, component design, state management, and API integration
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, including crawlability, rendering, metadata, structured data, and semantic HTML
• Practical experience improving web performance and Core Web Vitals
• Experience with responsive design, accessibility, browser compatibility, and frontend security
• Experience with automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and modern development workflow
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supporting frontend engineers
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions while considering business priorities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills
• Experience working with Agile principles and iterative software delivery
• Ability to balance delivery speed, technical quality, and long-term maintainability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Vue.js, Nuxt, or similar meta-frameworks
• Experience with server-side rendering, static-site generation, and hybrid rendering strategies
• Experience building or maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries
• Experience with frontend monitoring, observability, analytics, and error-tracking tools
