Accounting Specialist

Job Description:

• Record and review accounting documents, including purchase invoices, petty cash, and other transactions.
• Review accounts, identify discrepancies, and follow up on necessary corrections.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and record monthly petty cash and purchase documents.
• Record bank receipts and payments and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit quarterly purchase and sales reports.
• Prepare accounting reports as requested by the Accounting Supervisor and Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
