About the role:
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to support the strategic growth and expansion of our lending business. In this role, you will identify new market opportunities, conduct in-depth market and data analyses, and lead the execution of key business initiatives to optimize existing lending models.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the market, competitors, and business models to find new opportunities
• Analyze business data, prepare reports, and provide insights and practical recommendations
• Drive the execution of existing lending models, including coordinating with business partners, collecting and reviewing required information and documents, and taking each case through to completion
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, including Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Banks, to move cases forward, resolve issues and discrepancies, and ensure timely completion

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in LendTech or installment financing
• Understanding of financial statements, interest rates, lending economics, and key financial concepts
• Advanced Excel & reporting
• High attention to detail
• Comfort with ambiguity
