Job Description & Responsibilities: TDACore is looking for a motivated, talented, and learning-oriented Systems & Methods Intern to join its Organizational Excellence and Business Process Management projects. Key Areas of Learning & Responsibilities:
Learning the fundamentals of Systems & Methods, Business Process Management, and Process Improvement
Participating in process identification and analysis, as well as developing process and job profiles
Learning process architecture and classification frameworks, including APQC
Learning process documentation, modeling, and visualization based on the BPMN 2.0 standard
Participating in process gap analysis and identifying improvement opportunities
Developing an understanding of organizational performance management and performance evaluation
Learning how to identify and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators and identifying performance trends
Learning methods for identifying bottlenecks, organizational issues, and improvement opportunities
Supporting data analysis, documentation, and management reporting
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong interest in Systems & Methods, Process Management, and Organizational Excellence
Basic knowledge of process management and process improvement is an advantage
Willingness to learn and work with frameworks and standards such as APQC and BPMN 2.0
Strong ability to organize, analyze, categorize, and accurately document information
Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Interest in learning process modeling and visualization tools
Interest in KPIs, OKRs, and Performance Management Systems
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify organizational problems and bottlenecks
Research-oriented mindset and strong willingness to learn and develop
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Organized, responsible, committed, detail-oriented, eager to learn, analytical, challenge-oriented, and punctual
Strong teamwork, follow-up, and communication skills are also important for this position.
Educational Background: Current students or graduates with a Bachelor's degree in: Industrial Engineering, Management, Systems Engineering, or related fields Growth & Employment Opportunity: Upon successfully completing the 2–3 month internship program, interns will become members of the TDA Core Organizational Excellence team.
