Job Description:
- Full knowledge of marketing service purchasing
- Identify new suppliers and assist in negotiating supply agreements and contracts as needed, including discount structures and volume rebates
- Identify opportunities for cost management/value addition
- Forecast procurement needs and reorder points
- Ensure supplier compliance with all company regulations and requirements, including documentation
- Handle purchasing issues
- Be responsible for resource and supply availability and timing
- Perform cost analysis on items, quantities, and holding costs
- Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities
- Reduce the risk of key supplier dependency
- Plan and execute special promotional campaigns, and prepare promotions in parallel with the marketing plan and seasonality
- Provide category portfolio development; execute and improve the performance of the declared category through efficient assortment building (supplier and product selection) and pricing
- Analyze market conditions, maintain strategic market relationships, and have knowledge of market trends
- Gather information relating to customers’ reactions to products
- Prepare periodic performance reports
- Proficiency in marketing service purchasing is preferable
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure, and willingness to put in extra hours when needed
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiar with English
