We are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to help our Product & Technology teams deliver work predictably, transparently, and efficiently.
This role is responsible for improving the delivery system across multiple cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile practices, identifying and removing delivery blockers, managing dependencies, and helping teams continuously improve their ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Own and continuously improve the Agile delivery process across Product & Technology teams.
Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, QA, Design, and other stakeholders to ensure effective planning and execution.
Track delivery progress and proactively identify blockers, risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints.
Coordinate dependencies and delivery activities across multiple teams and domains.
Help teams maintain healthy and actionable backlogs together with Product Managers.
Improve delivery predictability through appropriate metrics such as lead time, cycle time, throughput, sprint predictability, and carry-over.
Identify bottlenecks in the delivery lifecycle and drive continuous process improvements.
Help teams establish realistic commitments based on capacity, historical performance, and business priorities.
Facilitate communication between Product, Technology, and business stakeholders and provide clear visibility into delivery status and risks.
Promote Agile principles and help teams improve their maturity without introducing unnecessary process or bureaucracy.
Support incident follow-ups, retrospectives, and improvement actions when delivery or operational issues occur.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, Delivery Management, or similar roles in software/product organizations.
Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.
Experience working with multiple cross-functional software development teams.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with Jira or similar delivery/project management tools.
Ability to analyze delivery metrics and translate them into actionable improvements.
Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to identify organizational and process bottlenecks and drive them toward resolution.
Comfortable working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience in FinTech, LendTech, or other complex transactional products.
Experience in integrating agentic workflows into delivery management tools.
Experience with organizations transitioning between Kanban and Scrum or restructuring into domain-oriented teams.
Familiarity with engineering concepts such as CI/CD, QA automation, technical debt, observability, and production incidents.
Experience coordinating delivery across teams with significant technical dependencies.
Agile certifications such as PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe are a plus.
