Creative Digital Marketing Executive - خانم

We’re looking for a creative, ambitious digital marketer to help us sell and grow Course 33, our online meditation course in our Tehran office.
This isn’t a traditional marketing role. You’ll work 1:1 with the founder, experiment with ideas, create campaigns, analyze what works, and have real ownership over growth.
What you’ll do:

• Develop creative strategies to increase Course 33 sales
• Create and test content, campaigns, and growth ideas
• Work on the full funnel — from attention and acquisition to conversion
• Analyze results and continuously improve what works
• Help shape how we position and sell Course 33
• You don’t need to know everything already. We care more about your creativity, curiosity, analytical thinking, and ability to execute.

Our hiring process:

1. The Challenge: Review the materials in the attached Drive folder and answer: How would you improve sales for Course 33? Your answer can be as simple as a one-line idea or as detailed as a draft growth plan. We also want to know what you would need from us to make it happen.
