Job Purpose:
This role is built for someone who wants to be at the intersection of business and emerging technology — not just learning Oracle, but reimagining how it's used. As Modalal Group moves from blueprint to build on its Oracle roll-out, this is a rare opportunity to get embedded in an enterprise transformation from the ground up: learning how core business processes are designed and configured, mastering daily operations in Oracle, and becoming a go-to functional expert within 9 months.
But this role isn't just about running transactions — it's about elevating them. As you build deep functional expertise, you'll be encouraged to explore how AI and emerging technologies can be applied to automate routine work, surface insights, and unlock more value from the ERP investment. You'll work alongside experienced functional users and the project team, with room to experiment, question, and bring fresh thinking into how the business runs.
This is a launchpad role: in a year, you'll either step into a functional business role as a recognized key user, or join a central Oracle Center of Excellence helping scale this transformation across the wider group — shaping how AI-enabled ERP works for an organization expanding into new entities and new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
General Accountabilities:
- Adherence to Organizational Values: Respect, creativity, and creation of shared value.
- Compliance with the Competency Model.
- Asset Stewardship: Proper utilization and protection of company assets, equipment, and facilities.
- Commitment to Organizational Goals: Proactive effort toward achieving the organization’s established policies and strategic objectives.
- Quality Management System Compliance: Execution of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), including accurate documentation and record-keeping as required by the system.
- Accountability: Diligent completion of all tasks assigned by direct supervisors or management.
Technical Accountabilities:
- Get embedded from day one in a live, enterprise-wide Oracle transformation — learning directly from functional experts how core business processes are designed, configured, and run in a modern ERP.
- Build a strong foundation in business process design and ERP transaction execution — a skill set that's in high demand and forms the backbone of any digital transformation career.
- Go beyond running transactions: actively explore where AI and automation can simplify repetitive tasks, flag anomalies, or generate insights — and bring those ideas to the functional and project teams.
- Take ownership of your own 9-month learning journey, with structured exposure to configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and live operations — fast-tracking your path to becoming a recognized functional key user.
- Be a trusted go-to resource for functional users post go-live — solving real problems, building credibility, and developing the kind of hands-on ERP expertise that's hard to get anywhere else.
- Help shape how AI-augmented ERP support works at CTA Group — your early ideas and experiments could directly influence how the central Oracle support model is designed as we scale to other entities.
- Document and codify what you learn, contributing to a growing knowledge base that becomes the foundation for how future hires and other entities ramp up on Oracle.

2. Basic knowledge of AI tools and technologies, with willingness to apply them to support daily work.
3. Comfortable with MS Office/Excel for data review and documentation.
4. Ability to learn business process configuration and transaction execution quickly through on-the-job training.
5. Good analytical and documentation skills.
Qualification & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (IT, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field), with good academic credentials.
Working Experience: 0–1 year (fresher); internship exposure to ERP/IT systems is a plus.
English Language Skill: Fluent in English (mandatory) – written and spoken.
Related Certificates: None mandatory; basic ERP or AI-tools certification/coursework is an advantage.
Behavioral Competencies:
1. Strong eagerness to learn and grow within a functional ERP role.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with functional users and senior team members.
3. Patience and attention to detail when supporting transactional, repetitive tasks.
4. Team player, adaptable, and proactive in seeking guidance and feedback.
5. Ownership and accountability for assigned learning milestones and tasks.
