We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Support Specialist to join our digital dentistry after-sales service team. Your main role is to install, support, and maintain electronic dental equipment and ensure our laboratory partners can work with peace of mind.

You don’t need previous experience in CAD/CAM or dental systems. If you know electronics well and are eager to learn, we will train you on everything else.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test scanners, milling machines, and other electronic equipment
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for customers
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic and hardware issues
• Perform routine maintenance and basic calibration of devices
• Read and follow technical manuals and service documents in English
• Prepare simple service reports and document all activities in an organized way
• Work closely with the service team to improve response time and service quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Electronics, Power, Control, Telecommunications, etc.)
• Age under 25 (male candidates preferred)
• Completed military service or permanent exemption
• Solid understanding of basic electronics and electronic components
• No prior CAD/CAM or dental equipment experience required (full training will be provided)
• English proficiency: Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate (for manuals, trainings, and basic communication)
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to diagnose technical issues logically
• High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Intermediate level)
