GreenTech is looking for a Product Designer with strong expertise in Web Design and Landing Page Design to join our team.
We are looking for someone who can combine strong visual design, user experience, business thinking, and conversion optimization to create high-quality digital experiences for our websites and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve websites, landing pages, and digital experiences
• Translate business and product requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Design high-quality UI/UX for web platforms, with a strong focus on usability and conversion
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Develop landing page structures based on user journey, content hierarchy, and conversion goals
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Content, and Development teams
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Contribute to and maintain scalable Design Systems and UI components
• Conduct design iterations based on user feedback, analytics, and business performance
• Stay up to date with modern Web Design, UX, UI, and Conversion Rate Optimization trends
• Explore and integrate AI tools into the design and product development workflow

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or Web Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in Web Design and Landing Page Design
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
• Strong understanding of Information Architecture, User Flows, Wireframing, Prototyping, Responsive Design, Design Systems, Conversion Optimization, Landing Page Structure, CTA, and Content Hierarchy
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Ability to translate business objectives into effective design solutions
• Strong visual design skills with a good understanding of typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment
• Strong proficiency with AI-powered design and content creation tools

International Experience

• Experience working with international clients, products, startups, or distributed teams is highly preferred.
• Experience designing products for international audiences and familiarity with global web design standards and user expectations will be considered a strong advantage.

AI & Modern Design Workflow
We expect our designers to actively use AI as part of their workflow.
You should be comfortable exploring AI tools for:

• Design ideation and exploration
• Rapid prototyping
• Visual and image generation
• Content and copy exploration
• Design research
• User-flow exploration
• Design iteration and optimization
• We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to use AI tools. We are looking for a designer who understands how to use AI to work faster, explore more ideas, and produce better design outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI, Web3, SaaS, Technology, or Investment products
• Experience designing websites or landing pages for B2B products
• Experience with international startups or technology companies
• Understanding of CRO and A/B Testing
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development constraints
• Experience working with developers and translating designs into production-ready interfaces
