Job Description
GreenTech is looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and modern software development frameworks to join our technology team.
We are looking for someone who can work across both backend and frontend development, build scalable and maintainable software, and contribute to the development of technology products in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Blockchain and Web3 technologies is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and software products
- Develop robust backend services and APIs using Java
- Work with modern Java frameworks, preferably Spring / Spring Boot
- Develop and maintain frontend components and user interfaces
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
- Work with databases, data models, and application architecture
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, DevOps, and other engineering teams
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and performance bottlenecks
- Contribute to system architecture, technical decisions, and software development best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development or Software Engineering
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Strong experience with modern Java frameworks, preferably Spring / Spring Boot
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and software design principles
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems
- Strong experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Good understanding of frontend development technologies such as JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Understanding of Git, CI/CD, testing, and software development best practices
- Ability to design and develop scalable and maintainable software architectures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment

Nice to Have
- Experience working with AI, Web3, SaaS, FinTech, or Technology products
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Message Brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Experience with automated testing and Test-Driven Development
- Experience working in distributed or international development teams
- Strong understanding of system performance, scalability, and security
