1) Design, develop, and customize financial and accounting modules within ERPNext, with a focus on building a scalable and robust financial ERP system.
2) Analyze accounting and financial processes and translate business requirements into ERP workflows, business rules, data models, and system functionality.
3) Customize and extend ERPNext's accounting functionality, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers, Dimensions, Journal Entries, and financial reporting.
4) Work closely with finance and accounting teams to understand business requirements, validate accounting logic, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial transactions.
5) Develop integrations, APIs, reports, workflows, and custom applications required to extend ERPNext and build new financial capabilities.

Requirements:
1) At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with ERPNext, including customization, development, configuration, or implementation.
2) Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Journal Entries, Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers, Financial Statements, and period closing.
3) Strong Python development skills and experience with the Frappe Framework; ERPNext experience is a plus.
4) Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL, with the ability to design and work with financial data models.
5) Experience developing custom ERPNext applications, DocTypes, workflows, reports, scripts, APIs, and integrations.
