Job Description
SnappDoctor is looking for a talented Product Designer to join our product team. You will help turn user needs and business goals into simple, effective, and scalable product experiences. You will contribute across the design process, from discovery and research to delivery and iteration. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data teams, and business stakeholders. We are looking for someone with strong product thinking, solid design craft, and a genuine interest in understanding users.
Duties:
• Contribute to the end-to-end product design process.
• Design user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Explore multiple solutions and make informed design decisions.
• Identify edge cases and design complete product states.
• Improve existing experiences using research, feedback, data, and product metrics.
• Present your work clearly and contribute to product discussions.
• Review implemented designs and help maintain product quality.
• Contribute to the creation, development, and maintenance of SnappDoctor’s Design System.
• Create reusable components, patterns, guidelines, and documentation.
• Work with Engineers to ensure components are consistent, practical, and scalable.
• Participate in user interviews, usability testing, and competitive research.
• Help define research questions and select appropriate research methods.
• Turn research findings and user feedback into actionable product insights.
• Validate design assumptions before and after launch.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced Figma.
• Hands-on experience in designing and maintaining Design Systems.
• Experience working on similar products.
• Strong foundations in Product Design, UX, and UI.
• Good problem-solving and product-thinking skills.
• A clear understanding of interaction design and information architecture.
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
• Good command of Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, and Prototyping.
• Familiarity with Design Systems and scalable design patterns.
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing.
• Ability to work through complex or ambiguous product problems.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Awareness of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Attention to detail, curiosity, ownership, and openness to feedback.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both design process and final execution.
