Junior Litigation Specialist

We are seeking a Junior Litigation Specialist to support our Legal team in managing and resolving a wide range of disputes and litigation matters. This entry-level role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to build a career at the intersection of law and technology, particularly within the evolving regulatory landscape of cryptocurrency in Iran. In this role, you will assist in protecting the company’s interests and ensuring compliance with relevant local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Legal team throughout all phases of litigation and dispute resolution processes, including case preparation, discovery, and documentation.
• Manage the preparation, filing, and registration of official company documents with relevant government authorities, including the Companies Registration Office, ensuring corporate records remain up to date and compliant with statutory requirements.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents such as initial pleadings, motions, briefs, and internal corporate resolutions under supervision.
• Conduct detailed legal research on Iranian laws and regulations relevant to litigation cases and corporate operations, with a particular focus on digital assets, financial regulations, and corporate law.
• Support the compliance function by tracking and analyzing new regulations and legal developments affecting the cryptocurrency industry and corporate governance in Iran.
• Maintain and organize litigation case files and corporate registry records, track deadlines, and manage calendars to ensure procedural and filing requirements are met.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and documentation required for legal cases and corporate filings.
• Facilitate communication with external legal counsel and government agencies and provide required documents as directed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from an accredited Iranian university.
• Minimum of 0–2 years of post-qualification experience practicing as an Attorney at Law, with demonstrated experience in litigation.

Nice to Have:

• Proven experience working in a startup or fast-growing technology company.
• Experience in technology law, financial regulations, or digital assets.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchange operations and blockchain technology.
• Experience with procedures of the Iranian Companies Registration Office.
