Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and revenue streams.
• Develop relationships with business partners, suppliers, and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis and prepare business cases and feasibility studies.
• Participate in commercial negotiations and develop partnership and pricing models.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Technology, Product, Sales, Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure the effective execution of projects.
• Monitor project performance and prepare analytical reports and actionable recommendations.
• Use AI tools for research, analysis, and improving business development processes.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, B2B sales, or commercial partnerships, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, or digital businesses.
• Ability to analyze markets, business data, and revenue models.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience developing business proposals and long-term partnerships.
• Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with business intelligence and AI tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Professional proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
