Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and document business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear, actionable specifications.
• Analyze business data, performance metrics, and operational trends to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare analytical documentation, management reports, business requirement documents, and user stories.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Sales, Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to design and implement solutions.
• Evaluate the impact of projects and business changes and measure their outcomes.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities across processes and systems.
• Use AI tools for analysis, documentation, and improving business-analysis processes.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, product, or process improvement, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, or digital businesses.
• Ability to analyze business data and translate findings into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with requirements gathering, business-process modeling, and KPI development.
• Ability to prepare analytical reports and business documents and present findings to managers and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their applications in data and process analysis.
• Professional proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
