• Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring the product meets user needs and business objectives.

• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Continuously improve the product by gathering user feedback, conducting testing, and implementing iterative updates.
• Track key performance metrics and ensure the product is optimized for performance and user engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on fintech.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data, define KPIs, and derive actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience working with Agile teams and managing product backlogs.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and a user-centric mindset.
