Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a BPMS Developer with hands-on experience in Bizagi Studio and a basic understanding of process modeling and BPMN 2.0 standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software engineering, information technology, or information systems, and will be able to translate business needs into executable processes. This role requires proficiency in designing and modeling business processes, developing forms and data models, and implementing solutions.
We are seeking a BPMS Developer with hands-on experience in Bizagi Studio and a basic understanding of process modeling and BPMN 2.0 standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software engineering, information technology, or information systems, and will be able to translate business needs into executable processes. This role requires proficiency in designing and modeling business processes, developing forms and data models, and implementing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop business process workflows using Bizagi Studio.
- Model processes, forms, data models, business rules, and tasks based on organizational requirements.
- Create BPMN diagrams using Bizagi Modeler to illustrate process flow and business rules.
- Test and debug developed processes in development and testing environments.
- Document processes, configurations, and technical details related to Bizagi implementations.
- Integrate business processes with other enterprise systems, utilizing Web Services (SOAP/REST) as necessary.
- Utilize JavaScript for form scripting and C# or .NET for advanced business rules or extensions (if applicable).
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Software Engineering, IT/IS, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of BPM concepts and BPMN 2.0, and process modeling best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Bizagi Studio and Bizagi Modeler (process implementation, modeling, and documentation).
- Experience building Bizagi solutions: forms/UI, data models (entities), business rules/expressions, task assignment/performers, organizations, and Work Portal configuration.
- Solid SQL and relational database skills (preferably SQL Server), including queries, views, and stored procedures.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
- Basic JavaScript for form customization/validation; C#/.NET is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into automated workflows.
- Plus: Active Directory/LDAP, SMTP/email notifications, document generation, Bizagi On-Premise, ERP/CRM integrations, and IIS/Windows Server/SQL Server administration.
