About the Role

As a Retail Partner Acquisition Expert, you will be the driving force behind retail partner acquisition within the Merchant Acquisition unit of the In-Store Business Line. In this role, you will rapidly expand the retail network across strategic regions, manage a large team of promoters, and ensure sustainable growth. You will work in a data-driven way, using insights to provide actionable recommendations to your manager and support strategic decisions that contribute to the overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive the acquisition of retail partners in targeted regions, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
• Lead and manage a large network of promoters, ensuring performance, compliance, and productivity standards are consistently met.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies based on market analysis and business priorities.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners by coordinating with cross-functional teams to address operational or contractual needs.
• Monitor and analyze acquisition performance data, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose strategic initiatives to enhance partner engagement and long-term retention.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail partner acquisition, business development, or sales within a large-scale network.
• Strong team leadership skills to manage, motivate, and evaluate a large group of promoters.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure high-value partnerships.
• Data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze sales and market data to guide strategies.
• Project management skills to oversee acquisition campaigns and deliver objectives on time.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address acquisition and onboarding challenges.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contracts, reports, and partner information.
• Flexibility and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving market.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM or sales management tools.
