Senior Full-Stack Developer (Remote-Friendly)

We're a fast-moving team building web applications, and we're looking for a senior full-stack developer to help us ship quickly and reliably. You'll work alongside a small, high-performing international team where autonomy and initiative matter more than hand-holding.

What you'll work with
Backend: Python / Django
Frontend: React — we build web applications, so no complex UI component work required

What we're looking for
5+ years of full-stack experience
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can move without waiting for perfect instructions
A quick learner who's self-disciplined and takes ownership of their work
Fluent written and spoken English — clear communication keeps a distributed team running

How we work
Remote-friendly
Cursor is our main coding tool; we work primarily with Grok and Claude Opus
We're an AI-first shop — we expect 80%+ of your code to be AI-generated, so genuine comfort and fluency with AI-assisted development is essential, not a nice-to-have
