Overview: We are seeking a Field Recruitment and Performance Supervisor to lead the recruitment team, ensure timely staffing for operations, monitor recruitment KPIs, and improve hiring processes through effective team management and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the recruitment and hiring team
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor end-to-end recruitment activities for Field Team
• Ensure timely fulfillment of operational FTE requirements
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, hiring volume, and candidate conversion rates
• Coordinate with operations and other stakeholders to identify workforce needs and priorities
• Improve recruitment processes and resolve operational bottlenecks
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support
• Prepare regular recruitment and hiring reports

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes
• Team leadership and people management
• Workforce planning and manpower forecasting
• Data analysis and KPI monitoring
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
• Problem-solving and process improvement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools is a plus
