Network Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in data center networking, Cisco technologies, and advanced routing protocols. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a growth mindset and strong enthusiasm for AI networking, automation, and next-generation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, operate, and troubleshoot scalable, highly available data center networks.
• Configure and support Cisco data center networking technologies.
• Manage complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 routing and switching environments.
• Design, configure, optimize, and troubleshoot BGP and MP-BGP.
• Monitor network performance, capacity, availability, and security.
• Perform root-cause analysis for complex network incidents.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, systems, and AI/ML engineering teams.
• Evaluate emerging AI networking technologies and contribute to network automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data center networking, including network design, implementation, operations, and troubleshooting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco data center platforms and technologies.
• Expert-level knowledge of BGP and MP-BGP, including route policies, path selection, filtering, and troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge of routing and switching, including Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies.
• Basic Linux administration and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, high availability, resiliency, redundancy, and scalability.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Strong learning agility, curiosity, and enthusiasm for AI-driven networking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cisco Nexus switches, NX-OS, VXLAN, EVPN, and data center fabric architectures.
• Familiarity with network automation and programmability using Python, Ansible, APIs, or similar tools.
• Understanding of networking requirements for AI/ML infrastructure, GPU clusters, and high-performance workloads.
• Experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems.
• Relevant Cisco certifications, such as CCNP Data Center, CCNP Enterprise, or CCIE.
• Familiarity with telemetry, monitoring, and network observability tools.
