Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled, results-driven Ads Manager with strong experience in paid advertising, campaign strategy, and performance optimization across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, a strong team player, and able to manage campaigns in fast-paced environments across multiple time zones (US Pacific Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Write and optimize high-converting ad copy (Ads Copywriting).
• Design, manage, and scale performance-driven campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously improve ROAS and CPA.
• Implement tracking systems and ensure accurate data attribution.
• Collaborate closely with creative, content, and marketing teams.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Prepare and present clear, structured, and consistent performance reports.
• Communicate professionally and proactively with clients when needed.

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• TikTok Ads.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads (preferred).
• Experience with Snapchat Ads / X (Twitter) Ads (a plus).
• Tracking & analytics.
• Google Analytics (GA4).
• Google Tag Manager.
• Google Search Console.
• Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
• TikTok Pixel.
• Semrush.
• Event tracking and funnel tracking.
• Campaign strategy skills.
• Ad copywriting and creative testing.
• Audience research and targeting strategy.
• Funnel-based campaign design.
• Budget planning and scaling strategies.
• A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ads management.
• Strong, verifiable portfolio/resume.
• Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Strong understanding of platforms and social media management.
• Professional mindset with excellent teamwork skills.
• Ability to create structured and accurate reports.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Work Style & Availability
