Sales Finance Specialist

Kansai Paint Iranian Company is looking to add a detail-oriented and analytical professional to its Sales team to prepare, control, and analyze sales and financial reports. The primary responsibility of this position will be to prepare management reports and sales analytics dashboards using Power BI, as well as perform accounting-related activities and financial data control.
Job Description & Duties:
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Design and develop management and analytical dashboards using Power BI
- Collect, review, and analyze sales and financial data
- Prepare analytical reports on sales performance, sales representatives, customers, and products
- Verify the accuracy and consistency of sales data with financial and accounting information
- Perform sales-related accounting activities and record and control financial documents
- Identify discrepancies and data errors and follow up on their resolution
- Improve and standardize reporting processes and automate reports
Technical Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, reporting, and data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Power BI and the ability to design management dashboards
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts, including taxation, social security, and VAT
- Familiarity with sales processes and related reporting
