- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for IT hardware, software, licenses, subscriptions, services, and infrastructure-related requirements.
- Review purchase requests and coordinate with IT stakeholders to clarify technical specifications, quantities, delivery requirements, and commercial conditions.
- Conduct market research and identify qualified suppliers, alternative sources, and suitable products or solutions.
- Prepare and manage RFQ, RFP, and quotation processes in accordance with procurement procedures.
- Prepare commercial comparison sheets, supplier evaluations, and procurement recommendations for approval.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery conditions, warranty, and other commercial terms with suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers, IT teams, Finance, and other internal stakeholders throughout the procurement process.
- Maintain supplier records and support vendor performance evaluation and cost optimization.
- Support international procurement activities and communication with overseas suppliers when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Sourcing.
- Experience in IT Procurement is preferred.
- Good knowledge of end-user devices, IT infrastructure, software, licensing, and IT services.
- Experience with RFQ/RFP, quotation comparison, and supplier evaluation.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel for quotation comparison, price analysis, reporting, and procurement tracking.
- Good command of English, particularly for business correspondence, supplier communication, and reviewing commercial documents.
- Strong follow-up, documentation, and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
