IT Business Partner

• Shape and prioritize business demand to ensure alignment with IT capabilities, capacity, and strategy.
• Translate business needs into actionable IT initiatives.
• Collaborate with PMO and IT leadership to manage intake, business cases, and prioritization.
• Track and report on value delivered through IT services and projects.
• Work closely with PMO, ITSM, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data/BI, and Application teams to coordinate delivery of business-aligned services.
• Escalate issues, track service satisfaction, and monitor performance indicators.
• Build monthly and quarterly IT reports and dashboards.
• Enable two-way communication between IT and other departments.

Required competencies & skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT-business interface roles, ideally including BRM, IT consulting, or program management.
• Experience working with multi-national companies and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of technology capabilities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presence.
• Proven track record of influencing decision-making without direct authority.
• Knowledge of IT governance, demand management, and value realization frameworks (e.g., BRMP, ITIL, COBIT).
