Senior PMO Analyst

Job Description:
Drive follow-up of strategic initiatives, projects, and management priorities
Prepare high-quality management reports, KPIs, dashboards, and executive presentations
Analyze operational, commercial, and financial data to support decision-making
Develop business cases, investment analyses, and commercial proposals
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Commercial
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, and proactively propose solutions
Support business development, commercial strategy, and process improvement
Support the improvement and development of operational systems such as Smartec / Terminal Operating Systems (TOS)

Required Skills:
5+ years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related fields
Strong analytical and business mindset with excellent attention to detail
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills and strong reporting capabilities
Solid understanding of PMO, project management, and business analysis
Familiarity with Smartec / TOS and digital operational systems is a strong advantage
Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and ownership skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate under pressure
Strong English communication skills
Experience in Logistics, Port & Terminal Operations, Infrastructure, or Supply Chain is a strong advantage
