Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Infrastructure Specialist to join our Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting Linux and Windows servers, network services, and core infrastructure. You will work closely with DevOps, Security, and other technical teams to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of our online services.

Job Description

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers
• Monitor servers, services, and network infrastructure and investigate alerts and incidents
• Troubleshoot operating system, service, connectivity, and network-related issues
• Manage users, permissions, and access controls across infrastructure systems
• Participate in backup, virtualization, patch management, and infrastructure maintenance activities
• Review system and service logs to identify and resolve technical issues
• Support infrastructure incidents and contribute to improving service stability and availability
• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Helpdesk teams
• Participate in on-call and incident response processes when required
• Perform basic network administration and work with services such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing, NAT, and Firewalls

Requirements

• 2‌4 years of relevant experience in System Administration, Network Administration, or IT Infrastructure
• Good knowledge of Linux and basic familiarity with Windows Server environments
• Familiarity with Linux command-line tools, user and permission management, services, logs, and basic shell scripting
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPv4, Subnetting, VLAN, Routing, NAT, and Firewalls
• Experience using network troubleshooting tools such as ping, traceroute, nslookup/dig, curl, and tcpdump
• Familiarity with backup, virtualization, and basic storage concepts
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, VMware/Proxmox, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Ansible, Git, Nginx, or HAProxy is a plus
• Familiarity with Cisco, MikroTik, or Fortinet products is an advantage
• Interest in Infrastructure and Networking, with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn
