Transmission Planning & Optimization Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present qualitative and quantitative reports to analyze and improve the IPBH and transmission network.
Monitor transmission KPIs to identify critical points.
Maintain the required transmission network quality to ensure specified targets are met.
Analyze IPBH and transmission network issues and propose solutions to MCI and other stakeholders.
Follow up on implementing proposed solutions with stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved.
Follow up on received work orders to plan the IPBH and transmission network in the NI phase.
Monitor KPIs specified by Telecommunication Company of Iran and Telecommunication Infrastructure Company before and after resolving CRs, and propose solutions to prevent KPI degradation.
Present IPBH and transmission plans and new solutions promptly and on schedule to expand the RAN or Core sections of the network.
Provide new solutions to RAN and Core teams to resolve IPBH and transmission issues.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in relevant technical fields.
At least a B.S. degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering.
Intermediate English knowledge in all skills.
Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) skills.
