Job Description

Basic Linux Administration
  • Comfortable using the Linux command line.
  • Basic knowledge of file systems, services, users, permissions, and networking commands.
Basic OpenStack Knowledge
  • Understand the purpose of Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, and Keystone.
  • Able to create and manage VMs through Horizon or the OpenStack CLI.
Virtualization Fundamentals
  • Understand what hypervisors are (KVM/QEMU).
  • Familiar with virtual machines, images, flavors, and networking concepts.
Networking Fundamentals
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Ability to troubleshoot simple network connectivity issues.
Basic Scripting Skills
  • Able to read and write simple Bash scripts.
  • Basic Python knowledge is an advantage.
Basic Automation Awareness
  • Familiarity with Ansible concepts (playbooks, inventory) is desirable, even without production experience.
Problem-Solving Ability
  • Logical troubleshooting approach.
  • Ability to analyze logs and identify common system issues.
Willingness to Learn Cloud Technologies
  • Interest in OpenStack, Kubernetes, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Able to learn new technologies quickly through training.
English Reading Skills
  • Able to read technical documentation and installation guides.
  • Comfortable communicating technical issues in English.
Professional Attitude
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a team.
  • Willing to participate in lab work, knowledge sharing, and customer projects.
