Application Services Consultant

The Application Services Consultant is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Rahkaran ERP system and related business applications to ensure reliable and efficient business operations. The role partners with business users to analyze business requirements, resolve application issues, implement system improvements, and participate in ERP implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects. The consultant will also contribute to business process optimization, reporting and data analysis, user training, documentation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and software vendors to deliver high-quality application services.
Professional Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with Rahkaran ERP is highly preferred.
• Experience participating in ERP implementation, upgrade, or enhancement projects.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge
• Good understanding of the Rahkaran ERP ecosystem and business processes.
• Familiarity with the Rahkaran development platform, including Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and basic concepts of .NET Core.
• Experience in developing or customizing operational and analytical reports.
• Ability to analyze application issues and perform functional troubleshooting.
