Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; a Master's degree in Accounting & Finance is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in finance, including at least 2–3 years in a Chief Accountant role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Proven experience in preparing financial statements and managing month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Work experience with ERPs.
- English proficiency: Advanced.
- Age: Maximum 32.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor all accounting activities related to the company.
- Review and verify accounting records and control accounting entries.
- Prepare and interpret financial and management reports.
- Monitor and control the organization's budget and expenses.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow and working capital to support business operations and financial sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and insurance regulations.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements, including tax filings, audits, and interactions with relevant authorities.
