About the Role
Kavenegar is looking for an intelligent, business-oriented, and solution-driven HR Manager to lead the HR function in alignment with the company’s business strategy, priorities, and growth requirements.
The ideal candidate understands complex business challenges, works closely with the CEO and managers, and translates business needs into practical and effective people solutions.
Key Responsibilities:HR Strategy & Business Partnership- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Kavenegar’s business strategy, priorities, and growth, while identifying current and future capabilities, talent requirements, and capability gaps.
- Partner with the CEO and managers to understand business challenges and workforce priorities, and translate them into practical HR solutions and actionable recommendations.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning- Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring high-quality talent aligned with role requirements, organizational needs, and company culture.
- Build talent pipelines for critical positions and partner with managers on workforce planning and hiring decisions aligned with short- and long-term business needs.
Performance Management & Organizational Effectiveness- Design and continuously improve the performance management system and promote a high-performance culture where contribution, performance, and results are clearly recognized.
- Support managers in setting expectations, providing feedback, and improving team performance, while addressing organizational challenges through practical HR solutions.
Talent Development, Career & Succession- Identify critical capabilities and talent gaps and develop practical initiatives for employee development, career growth, and succession planning.
- Support managers in developing their teams and strengthening leadership capabilities.
Employee Experience, Engagement & Culture- Build an environment that supports employee engagement, accountability, collaboration, and high performance, while developing initiatives that improve employee experience and retention.
- Establish effective communication and feedback mechanisms between employees, managers, and leadership, and contribute to a healthy organizational culture aligned with Kavenegar’s values and business needs.
Compensation & Benefits- Manage and continuously improve compensation and benefits practices in alignment with internal equity, performance, and business realities.
- Review compensation and benefits practices and provide recommendations based on organizational needs and business considerations.
HR Operations, Policies & Compliance- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are implemented effectively and consistently, while continuously improving HR processes and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. (Master’s degree is preferred.)
- At least 7 years of relevant HR experience, with significant experience in a generalist or HR management role.
- Proven experience in technology, digital, software, IT, telecommunications, e-commerce, or other tech-driven companies is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem, its business models, talent market, and organizational dynamics is mandatory.
- Proven experience across several core HR areas, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
- Experience working directly with senior management and business leaders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
