Environment Supervisor

The Environment Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental requirements and supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Environmental Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and follow up on ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 requirements.
- Monitor environmental aspects, KPIs, and improvement initiatives.
- Manage and maintain environmental and waste-related documentation.
- Follow up on environmental incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
- Support environmental improvement and decarbonization projects.
- Coordinate environmental training and self-declaration activities.
- Support internal and external audits and communicate with relevant environmental authorities.
- Monitor energy consumption and environmental compliance across relevant activities.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn with up-to-date technical knowledge.
• Good command of English is considered an advantage.
