Job Description
The key responsibilities:
- Optimization of parameter settings for accessibility, mobility, retainability, and service integrity areas.
- Customer complaint analysis; finding solutions while maintaining KPIs.
- Customer complaints TT handling and updating TT status in the system.
- KPI improvement to achieve pre-defined targets.
- Worst cell analysis and detailed root-cause analysis for all types of faults.
- Regular consistency checks, including but not limited to one-way neighbor definition, max/min number of neighbors, frequency conflict, parameters/features, etc., and cleanup.
- New feature trials/validation/evaluation.
- Neighbor optimization: addition/deletion/parameter change.
- Radio resource efficiency improvement.
- Multi data source analysis (CDT traces, configuration data, drive test, post-processing, statistical analyses).
- Site/cell coverage area check and tuning.
- Coverage gap and poor dominance area removal.
- Detection of hardware issues during new installation or faulty ones.
- Define hotspot problem areas (access failures and dropped calls, poor coverage, booming regions).
- Failure analysis on cluster and city reports.
- Stationary data testing analysis; interpreting TEMS Layer 3 messages to pinpoint issues.
- Site trouble tickets handling.
- SSV check and DT support for achieving targets.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Recently graduated from Tehran’s state universities.
- At least a BS degree in Electronics, Telecom, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical fields.
- Military service is mandatory for male candidates.
- Intermediate English.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).
