Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, andperformance of our microservices-based infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring system health, diagnosing performancebottlenecks, and implementing solutions to enhance high availability and stability.

Requirements
Strong background in Linux Administration
Strong TCP/IP knowledge
Expertise with containers and container orchestration technologies, including Docker, Docker
Swarm, Kubernetes
CI/CD implementation with Gitlab
Knowledge of Key-Value and NoSQL solutions (Redis, MongoDB)
Knowledge of Relational Database solutions (MySQL, PSQL)
Experience with continuous monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana ELK, Graylog
Experienced in web servers and load balancers (Nginx, HAproxy)
Experience with messaging pub/sub systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka etc.)Good Knowledge of Git/GitFlow
Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and an ability to quickly learn new technologies
Implement, maintain, and improve monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana,) to track
microservices performance and detect issues
Automate repetitive tasks (e.g., deployments, scaling, recovery) using scripting (Bash/Python) orIaC (Terraform, Ansible)
Experience with service meshes (Istio)

ResponsibilitiesIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks in microservices, databases, and cloudinfrastructure
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement preventivemeasures
Design and implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and failover mechanisms
Work closely with DevOps and development teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliability
Participate in On-Call rotation
