Sazito is a SaaS e-commerce platform powering thousands of active online stores. We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to help structure and improve our product testing process, turn reported issues into actionable bugs, and expand automated test coverage across critical user journeys.
What You’ll Do

• Review, analyze, and categorize technical issues reported by the Support team.
• Reproduce bugs and provide the Engineering team with all necessary technical information.
• Design comprehensive test scenarios for new features.
• Perform exploratory and regression testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and API tests.
• Build and maintain smoke tests for critical flows such as Login, Checkout, Order, and Payment.
• Test APIs and interactions between services.
• Investigate and validate data using SQL, Browser DevTools, and application logs.
• Verify bug fixes and help prevent regressions.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize issues and continuously improve the overall quality process.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience in QA and testing web-based products.
• Proven practical experience with automation testing.
• Strong experience with Playwright or Cypress.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with API testing and a solid understanding of HTTP and REST.
• Ability to work with SQL and Browser DevTools.
• Strong ability to analyze, reproduce, and document bugs clearly.
• Ability to independently design test scenarios and identify edge cases.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple issues simultaneously.
