1. Complete management of project execution operations in accordance with the contract, drawings, technical specifications, and schedule.
2. Plan, organize, and lead the team deployed on the project.
3. Manage and coordinate the workshop supervisor, technical office, project control, HSE, warehouse, procurement, and executive agents.
4. Develop short-term, medium-term, and recovery project implementation plans.
5. Continuously control physical and financial progress and identify deviations from the plan.
6. Control costs, required liquidity, and prevent avoidable cost increases.
7. Control subcontractor performance and determine delays, poor performance, and resource deficits.
8. Plan the supply of manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment required for the project.
9. Continuously coordinate with the company's head office regarding procurement, finance, contracts, and management decisions.
10. Hold regular workshop meetings and follow up on approvals until results are achieved.
11. Manage professional relationships with the employer, consultant, and other project stakeholders.
