Job Description
Job Purpose The E-commerce & Commercial Supervisor is responsible for managing, coordinating, and improving the commercial and operational performance of the E-commerce business.
The role focuses on driving online sales and growth, improving website and commercial performance, optimizing E-commerce processes, and identifying new business opportunities.
The position acts as a key point of coordination between E-commerce, Commercial, Operations, CRM/Marketing, Product, and Technology teams, ensuring effective execution of E-commerce initiatives, resolving operational and commercial challenges, and identifying opportunities to improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and monitor E-commerce sales and growth plans to achieve revenue, order, conversion, and business objectives.
Monitor and analyze key E-commerce performance indicators, including Revenue/GMV, Orders, AOV, Conversion Rate, Product Performance, Category Performance, and customer behavior.
Analyze the E-commerce sales funnel and website performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Coordinate and execute commercial campaigns, promotions, pricing initiatives, and online sales activities, and evaluate their effectiveness.
Monitor product and category performance and provide recommendations to improve sales, conversion, assortment, and revenue performance.
Oversee, document, and optimize E-commerce operational processes, including order flow, product availability, pricing, promotions, fulfillment coordination, and Back Office processes.
Identify operational bottlenecks, process gaps, and recurring issues and work with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.
Identify and evaluate new E-commerce growth opportunities, including new sales channels, commercial partnerships, products, services, and customer acquisition opportunities.
Analyze market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and E-commerce benchmarks to identify business growth opportunities.
Identify business and operational challenges and translate data and insights into actionable commercial and operational solutions.
Collaborate closely with E-commerce, Operations, CRM/Marketing, Product, and Technology teams and follow up on the implementation of commercial, technical, and operational requirements.
Prepare accurate and timely commercial and E-commerce performance reports and analyses and provide actionable recommendations to management.

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of E-commerce, online sales, commercial, and digital business concepts.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze E-commerce and sales data and translate insights into decisions and actions.
Ability to monitor and improve E-commerce sales funnels, website performance, and customer journeys.
Ability to design, document, and optimize E-commerce and business processes.
Strong understanding of online sales operations, including product, pricing, promotions, orders, and Back Office processes.
Ability to identify and evaluate business and E-commerce growth opportunities.
Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
Strong problem-solving and operational execution skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external business partners.
Familiarity with website structures, E-commerce platforms, Back Office systems, CRM, and online sales processes.
Ability to communicate commercial, business, and operational requirements effectively to Product and Technology teams.
Strong project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2 years of experience in E-commerce, online sales, commercial, digital business, operations, business development, or related fields.
Hands-on experience in E-commerce or online retail environments is preferred.
Experience working in data-driven and digital business environments is a plus.
Experience with E-commerce platforms, Back Office systems, CRM, analytics tools, or online sales operations is a plus.
Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical businesses is considered a plus, but is not required.
