About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, high-performance Sales Representative to join our growing digital marketing agency.

You will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, building relationships with business owners and decision-makers, understanding their marketing needs, and turning qualified opportunities into new clients.

This is a remote position and candidates must have excellent English communication skills.

What You'll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various sales channels.
• Qualify leads and understand prospects’ business and marketing challenges.
• Present our digital marketing services clearly and persuasively.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Prepare proposals and work with the internal team to develop appropriate solutions for clients.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Meet agreed sales targets and contribute to the agency’s overall growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, opportunities, and closed deals in the CRM.

Requirements

• Native-level English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Previous sales experience, ideally in B2B, services, consulting, or an agency environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence speaking with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

Bonus Points

• Experience or knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, content marketing, or web development.
• Previous experience selling marketing services or other professional services.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar platforms.
• Existing network of business owners or companies in the UAE.
