Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support & Graphic Designer with strong English communication skills. French language skills are considered a strong advantage. In this role, you will support customers, review artwork files, prepare simple design modifications, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the order process.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with print design concepts such as bleed, resolution, CMYK, and file preparation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is an advantage.
• Previous experience in graphic design, customer support, or the printing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through email, phone calls, and online chat.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, artwork, and orders.
• Review customer files for print requirements, including size, bleed, resolution, and formatting.
• Prepare design edits and modifications when necessary.
• Send proofs and design approvals to customers.
• Assist customers in using website tools and services.
• Coordinate with sales, prepress, and production teams.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely responses.
