HR Business Partner

1) Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and managers, supporting them in achieving organizational and people-related objectives.
2) Partner with managers to identify workforce needs and support manpower planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition activities.
3) Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly for international and overseas hiring.
4) Communicate effectively with candidates, recruitment agencies, and other stakeholders in English and support cross-border recruitment activities.
5) Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees regarding organizational policies, employee relations, performance, and people management.
6) Identify organizational and people-related challenges and propose appropriate HR solutions and initiatives.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related fields.
2) Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role.
3) Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably including international recruitment or hiring candidates outside Iran.
4) Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to conduct professional interviews and communicate effectively with international candidates and stakeholders.
5) Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
6) Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
7) Ability to work independently and act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business managers.
